As a traveler from the countryside, I appreciate the simple pleasures in life like clean and well-designed accommodations, convenient amenities, and a cozy pub atmosphere. the glamping pods at the Star at Lidgate checked all the boxes for me. With two spacious bedrooms and en-suite shower rooms, it was perfect for my family. the communal area was open and airy, with a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. the pub next door served delicious food and the play area was a hit with the kids. the owners were incredibly helpful and the location in the historic village of Lidgate was simply charming. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended for a relaxing countryside getaway.
